The Astro Haus provides bespoke, manually interpreted Tamil Jyotish readings. Our readings are generated by independent master astrologers.

• Delivery: Standard delivery is via PDF to your provided email within 5–7 business days.
• Delays: You acknowledge that because our services are human-generated, delivery times may vary during periods of high demand.

2. Nature of the Product (No AI Guarantee)

You are purchasing a custom-made digital product. We guarantee that your reading is not the product of AI, automated software, or templates. It is a unique interpretation of the birth details you provide.

3. User Responsibility & Data Accuracy

• Input Accuracy: The interpretation is entirely dependent on the birth date, exact time, and location you provide. The Astro Haus is not responsible for inaccurate readings resulting from incorrect user input.
• Sensitive Questions: We reserve the right to decline questions related to illegal activities, specific medical diagnoses, or extreme psychological distress.

4. Legal Disclaimer (For Entertainment Purposes)

By law, we must state that:

5. Payment & Pricing

• Currency: All prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated.
• Taxes: Prices include applicable VAT as required by German law for digital services.
• Processing: Payments are handled via secure third-party processors (Stripe/PayPal). The Astro Haus does not store your financial credentials.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws regarding personalized digital content:

• Commencement of Work: By purchasing a reading, you expressly request that the astrologer begins work immediately.
• No Refund Right: Because each reading is a bespoke service tailored to your unique birth data, all sales are final. Once the astrologer has begun the interpretation, the right of withdrawal (Cooling-off period) is waived.
• Issue Resolution: If you feel an error was made (e.g., wrong birth data used by us), contact hello@theastrohaus.com within 14 days for a review.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within your reading is the intellectual property of The Astro Haus.

• Personal Use: Your purchase grants you a lifetime license for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Restrictions: You may not resell, redistribute, or use the content for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Astro Haus and its collaborators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the interpretation of the astrological content provided.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

• Consumer Rights: This choice of law does not deprive consumers of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
• Venue: Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.
