The Astro Haus provides personalised Tamil Jyotish readings prepared manually by independent master astrologers. Readings are delivered as PDF documents by email within 5–7 business days of payment confirmation.

2. WHAT YOU’RE PURCHASING
You are purchasing a single personalised reading based on your birth details and up to three questions. Each reading is prepared by a human astrologer — it is not automated, AI-generated, or template-based.

3. ACCURACY & LIMITATIONS
The accuracy of your reading depends on the precision of the birth time and details you provide. Astrology is offered as a framework for reflection and guidance — not as a guarantee of outcomes. The Astro Haus makes no warranties regarding the results of any reading.

4. PAYMENT
Payment is processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. All prices are in EUR. Payment is due in full before reading preparation begins.

5. REFUNDS
Because each reading is prepared manually and personally, we are unable to offer refunds once preparation has begun. If you have concerns about your reading, please contact us directly and we will address them personally.

6. YOUR INFORMATION
Your birth details and questions are shared with your assigned astrologer only. They are not stored, sold, or shared with any third party. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Your reading is prepared exclusively for you. It may not be reproduced, distributed, or published without permission.

8. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
